LABELING MACHINE

1. Our labeling machine is designed to glue the OPP label by cutting from the bobbin to fully bandage the cylindrical bottles.

2. PLC controlled, fully automatic, touch sreen controlled.

3. Our machine's working type is Line type and it glues the label with "hot glue".

4. Glass bottles, pet bottles, PVC bottles and cans can be labelled.

5. Thanks to fast-changable label set, passing from a bottle to another can easily be done.

6. It owns a bottle filler and bottle regulator system in its entry.

7. Electricty panel is attached to body of the machine and it can easily be meched and moved.

8. Carrying easiness is provided with the help of glue system's being attached to the body of the machine. 

1. Machine speed changes according to label length and bottle features.

2. It glues the label by daubing the glue to both edges of the label with its developed glue daubing system with a little amount of glue and both sides are overlapped. Eventually, the label is wrapped on the bottle.

3. Label tension system has system which supplies the synchronization according to the running speed.

4. There are lighting systems in and on the machine.

5. There is a special naut system for the conveyor exits. Conveyor can easily be attached to the exit.

6. Label cutting system can be adjusted according to mictrometric values.
